TALISAY CITY, Philippines – Looking for an affordable motorcycle? You’re in luck! The City of Talisay Traffic Operation and Development Authority (CT-TODA) will auction off motorcycles that were impounded for various traffic violations. They will only action off bikes that are remained unclaimed by their owners.
“Naglaraw ang CT-TODA nga i-rekomendar ngadto kang Mayor Samsam Gullas nga ipa subasta ang 133 ka mga motor, subay sa nalatid sa ordinansa,” announced CT-TODA through the official Facebook page of the Public Information Office of the city of Talisay.
The owners of the 133 motorcycles have two months to claim their impounded bikes before the city government will start auctioning it off to the public. This announcement comes after Mayor Gullas’ strict order to CT-TODA to implement traffic regulations to keep Talisay roads safer and better. Ever since the proclamation, there has been a surge in apprehended motorcycles, leaving little room left in the CT-TODA impounding area.
